Multi-stakeholder Management of Mangrove Forests in Matang, Perak, Malaysia
Introduction
The Levelling the Playing Field project in Matang is working in an area where
multi-stakeholders of mangrove forest system have different views, utilization
and power as well as conflicting interest. The CIFOR/CIRAD team works in this
case study together with the University of Putra, Malaysia. In the second year
of the LPF project, 2005, the activities in Malaysia started off.
