To review experiences of various cooperatives in the Guangxi province, conduct trials in selected pilot sites using participatory approach and assess experience and recommend approach for scaling-up.

To review the available technology and adapt available state-of-the art technology to local conditions. The project will also aim to implement a demonstration project and training and provide information to relevant extension services.
