Backgrounds:

Work on TOR 2 will result in the data needed to help select potential CDM sites. Key criteria to be used for selection of candidate districts for pilot project development are:

Potential for replication in other parts of Indonesia,
Support of local and regional stakeholders, and
Socioeconomic benefits.
Project proponents will be invited to present and discuss projects at the national project identification workshop. The workshop will include consultation with local government, MoFr, and MOE and other members of the Steering Committee. The primary output from the workshop will be the identification of at least five candidates for PDD development to be visited by Winrock-LMGC team members.
