Database: community forest management in tropical America
The database “Manejo Forestal Comunitario en América Tropical” is a computer-based tool for finding bibliographic information about community forest management (CFM) in tropical America. It provides a wealth of material, including: records of books, articles, series, laws and other documents related to CFM experiences, concepts and outcomes.
CIFOR researchers designed the database as a tool to help foresters conduct or support CFM initiatives in the region and to provide information to anyone working in forestry. Developed with Microsoft Access and Visual Basic, this database allows you not only to consult information, but also to update, add or remove records. Available in Spanish only.
