United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of Parties. 3-14 December 2007, Bali, Indonesia

The annual climate change meeting of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), the parent body overseeing the Kyoto Protocol, will meet in Indonesia, 3-14 December 2007. Forest functions, carbon sequestration, reforestation, avoiding deforestation and carbon trading will all be important issues under the microscope when some 10,000 international delegates meet on the Indonesian island of Bali.
